Bio
Integra Strings was formed by Sam and Izzy in the summer of 2014. The idea of Integra Strings came about through a mutual love of breaking the rules. The two classically-trained musicians rebelled against Bach and Beethoven for their passion of playing strings for pop and rock bands and singer-songwriters.
Since Integra Strings began, there has been a central aim - to be a group that collaborates with musicians; working alongside artists to provide a string section that supports and maximises songs to their full potential. As Integra Strings extends it's network of collaborators, we have been writing new arrangements and increasing our reserve of musicians to support our ever-growing team. We are now able to offer a flexible ensemble of musicians from a string duo, through to quartet and expandable to string orchestra. We can also provide details of brass, woodwind and percussion musicians who specialise in contemporary music upon request.
